I like the lady who does my treatments she's very good. But with the two visits I did, there's always something off 🙄nnFirst time I was in the stall next to the ramp where the supermarket deliveries pass. It was very noisy which I asked them to move me because I was not feeling relaxed, they didn't.nnThe second time, I am in a different stall but we were interrupted more times than I can count. No respect for the client's privacy - opening the door without permission.nWe're interrupted by one staff asking my attendant for wax or cotton which is not a good sign of preparedness for that attendant and or of the spa.nnI'm not sure I want to go back, but ill let you know.

It's my third time here and the service is still excellent. The masseuse reccomended a combination of light therapy and deep tissue massage and it was very therapeutic. I also utilized the steam bath and left feeling amazing. I will be back

Down to the lady that did my whole treatment Juliet. ..You people have the right staff doing an amazing job. I recommend Essence for all your spa needs.... Keep celebrating and taking care of us.
