They were professional, empathetic, kept me updated on where they were when I waited, and kept their word. Seamless towing, great communication and good customer service regardless of the time. I'd recommend them anytime.

Their Whatsapp number is useless,no response at all,I live in USA, I Whatsapp them, I wanted my car to be moved from parking garage to my house in gayaza he or she read my text but never  replied me back.

They are fast, reliable and very affordable.

Sometime in April 2022, my car broke down approaching Mityana Town towards midnight. I called their number and they sent me a car carrier within 30 minutes at an affordable rate. These guys are reliable.

Upon entering Cafe Havana, I  was immediately escorted to my choice of a balcony table and given a large menu to peruse. After finally selecting the pork stir-fry I was given a steaming hot towel to wipe my hands which was a very nice touch.  The meal came quite quickly and was a huge portion that I was unable to completely finish but was very tasty.....just what I had been craving.  To top it off I enjoyed a pot of Dawa tea (my first time to try it) and I am glad I got the mild version.
It was very good and I can see why it us used to promote health.
Finally, I must comment on the excellent service, efficiency and  friendliness of my waitress, Marion, who helped to make my experience at Cafe Havana even better.
Overall, my meal at Cafe Havana was excellent and I will pass on my recommendation to a friend who will be passing through Mbarara soon.

Nice lunch stop. Good food, didn't have to wait long, friendly staff, and good value. The location isn't the easiest to find, but glad I did find it.

Right in the heart of Mbarara, main high street so the noise can be a little inconveniencing especially if you want a quiet place for meetings. The food is amazing but found it taking more than 40 minutes from the time you place an order. Overall not a bad place, good for getting a rich taste of foods and their inhouse made sauces

The meal was delicious 😋. I had the Lemon Supreme Chicken and the mango smoothie. The chicken and the sauce were  very tasty. I had it with the mashed potatoes which were just as delicious. The smoothie wasn't chilled enough, otherwise it was okay. The ambience was calm. The staff was polite. I recommend this place for a mid to high-end dining experience while in Mbarara.

My airbnb towels had so many stains but i was so impressed when they came back clean as snow. Even the rust was washed out!! Unbelievable. Definitely going to be using them.

Very fantastic service. I was in a fix and needed my duvets cleaned in the shortest time possible but all the laundromats I called had a 3 day turn around. (It was Sunday) she cost slightly less than most and she delivered 5 hours later and everything was clean. Would highly recommend

Went for the 90 mins deep tissue massage which was reasonably priced and Winny was my masseuse. She was very professional and thorough. Her magical hands soothed out the nuts in my legs, back and arms without causing me any further discomfort. I highly recommend this spot if you are after a relaxing professional massage.

This was a very nice slot to come and chill and eat on the lawn.  The menu was big and the server wasn’t afraid to jump in and make recommendations.

I ordered the ravioli after learning they made it fresh there and it was good! I enjoyed it!

The service was great and the outdoor atmosphere was warm and loud, but acceptable at an Ugandan outdoor bar.

Thank you emiboozi for the hospitality and never disappointing meals. You guys are so amazing for the events that keep on coming all week: Friday live band, Saturday DJ night and Quiz nights on Wednesdays. I really enjoy my visits. The bar tender Paul suggests us the house brew which tastes amazing, and this is the first bar in entebbe I've been to where beer is brewed in-house. Paul is a really good person and I like his attention to detail.

We had an amazing mushroom pizza. It's called fungi, very nice and good option. Great service from Paul and Melissa.  We had fun watching the rugby games.
