If a page on LyveCity is about your business or your event, claiming it puts you in control of what it says.
Search for your business or event. Many pages are already on LyveCity — imported from public sources — so yours may exist before you ever added it.
Claiming asks you to confirm you own or manage the business, so the right person ends up in control of the page.
Once a claim is approved you can edit the details, add photographs, opening times, FAQs and offers, and reply to reviews.
Find your page and look for “Is this your business?” near the bottom. You will need an account so we have somewhere to reply, and a person reads every claim — so it is not instant.
If you cannot find your page at all, it may not be here yet. Tell us and we will add it.
