They will use your services and not pay up. I handled their socials between Jan-Feb and I was not paid. Just got logged out one day and no communication whatsoever. Tried to reach out to Sylvia(owner) who left me on read. They're pricey but they don't want to pay for services offered to them😒

Y'alll! Get yourself down to the Bugolobi branch. Personay prefer it to the one at le petite, all the ladies are so lovey😭😭. Never have I felt so comfortable addressing my concerns with a stylist before and during the process! Trust me, those ladies strive to PLEASE, your every concern will be met as your stylist is able. The prices may be a bit steep, but unlike the other expensive salons in town the services they provide actively try to match up. Luthuli Rd. also hosts a number of eateries that deliver on sight with little complication (a relief if you've ever had to sit for six hour braids), however, complimentary tea and a snack is also available. The place is quiet, clean, peaceful and gorgeous. Beware of their molding gel (the stuff they use when parting and braiding) it starts flake and look like dandruff THE NEXT DAY, but a warm/hot towel on your scalp should melt it right away. And make sure you have the specific contact for the branch, they can price higher than le petit.

Visited their salon recently after seeing their IG page and seemed really profession and high end, just to experience the slowest disaster my hair has ever experienced. I should have known it was too good to be true. I would never usually go out of my way to write a bad review but I am still suffering over the mockery Wisteria made of my hair. Hair stylists need to be open and honest with their clients, if they don’t believe they can achieve something, YOU DO NOT EXPERIMENT ON YOUR CLIENTS LIKE THEY ARE LAB RATS. ESPECIALLY WITH BLEACH AND HAIR DYE.

Total total waste of my money! This saloon should concentrate on braids. I visited wisteria on 27.01.24 for a weave installation. The lady clearly didn't know what she was doing. She suggested she removes part of it and re installs it,to which I gladly accepted but what she did was even worse!!!! It was about 10pm and I just told her to stop and I walked out of the saloon.
