We had an exceptionally wonderful 3-week trip through Uganda. We booked the Land Cruiser Prodo TX from Germany via WhatsApp. At first, we weren't sure whether we should explore the country as a self-driver, especially during the rainy season. But Trip Uganda offered us a good price, so we decided to go for it and haven't regretted our decision. You better should have some off-road experience, as the roads are sometimes in very poor condition, especially during the rainy season. The car was ideal even for the bad roads in Uganda. It was also very comfortable for our daughter in the back seat. The car was delivered to the hotel on time as agreed, and the Trip Uganda team was always available via WhatsApp and helped us several times. I would also recommend making sure they explain the four-wheel drive beforehand. We forgot and then couldn't use it. However, most roads were manageable even without four-wheel drive, as the car has plenty of power. Overall, we felt well taken care of and would book with Trip Uganda again.

We rented a van in Uganda for two weeks to attend a wedding with a group of friends, and honestly, the whole experience was great. Our driver, Alex, was super humble, helpful, and just easy to be around. Hashim, the manager, really took care of us too—he made sure everything was smooth and stress-free. The price was fair (way cheaper than other places we checked), and they were flexible when we needed adjustments. The van was clean, reliable, and perfect for the trip. Overall, we were really happy with the service and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re traveling in Uganda.

Got the car from Tanzania to Uganda, honestly, I was a bit worried at first, but I ended up really impressed! The car handled perfectly all the way through Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda without a single issue. All the paperwork was sorted and everything went super smoothly. The car was fuel-efficient too, which was a big plus. He was always quick to answer any questions I had. Definitely going to use him again, super reliable!
