Excellent excellent service. Very fast and efficient. Not your typical Ugandan service. I was very impressed. And their bathrooms are clean and presentable too. Please keep it up. Now waiting for my results, am sure they will be available in time.

Outstanding customer care, professional handling and conducive working environment observing standard operating procedures. It took me less than 20 minutes to pay the fee, fill up he form, and give the sample. Just the best service. I will definitely recommend to anyone travelling. Thank you Test & Fly team

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. However the cashiers who were there on Saturday did not listen when told then I will pay with a car. Instead she chose cash for me & unfortunately I only had us dollars. Then she informed me that the lady who handles dollars has knocked off. Then I had to to runaround searching for a ATM. However the medical staff knows their stuff, hence the 5 stars

Its a good place but still need to do more on clients reception, introduce more measures for client derective. The service is still very slow because the workers take their own time working on a particular client. However, they have enough space.
