To whom it may concern but today on behalf of all the customers, the staff has given us the worst service ever. This is our no.1 priority transport service but you have given us a chance to think otherwise next time. If this continues, we gonna lose ourselves. Thank you.

Sincerely it could be a much better option to Global coaches if the long tiresome journey wasn't made worse by local medicine vendors and preachers Sincerely speaking, preaching to us and advertising fake medical products to us by our fellow passengers as we try to enjoy the calm and silence of that long journey to and fro mbarara spoils the only thing that could easily set the bus company apart. Maybe if possible they try to regulate those irritating people I've mentioned of, but the rest of it, the buses deserve the good reputation.

Worst coaches, I wouldn't recommend anyone traveling in the night. Bus had Tyre issues but no communication, no reserve bus for rescue, workers just disappeared and left us in the bus with our security at stake. On 21-22 July 2026 _ Bus number UBP 452 W

It's like a plane on the Road!, modern executive buses, top notch customer care services, swift travel. Nice environment and feeling inside the buses, free WiFi. I really enjoyed traveling with Tausi.
