My two years at Seven Star Culinary Institute have been a truly transformative journey. Over the course of my diploma, this program has equipped me with incredible technical skills, taking me deep into the culinary arts, baking, and pastry. ​The hands-on training is phenomenal. The intensive practical exams consistently pushed my abilities, allowing me to refine my techniques and develop a sharp eye for beautiful food presentation and plating. ​Beyond the kitchen stations, the institute also fosters great teamwork and event-planning skills. Collaborating with my classmates to coordinate the menu for the Gift of Love Dinner project was an unforgettable experience that taught me what it takes to execute a large-scale culinary event.
