I’ve had a great experience with Savanna Fibre. The connection has been reliable, and their customer care team is responsive and patient when you need help. I also appreciate their social media support team quick replies on DM, clear guidance, and they follow up until the issue is sorted. Overall, solid service and support.

Service has been good overall.  There’s room to improve response time during busy hours, but I’m satisfied.

I made payment on 02/03/2026 I was promised installation within 48hrs i believe the 48 hrs have already elapsed but I still don’t have clear communication from the team
Meanwhile before I made payment I had someone following up every time but when the payment was received I guess that was it for them
No one has reached out to me to let me know when installation will be done. I had heard negative reviews about Savannah but I decided to give them the benefit of doubt but they have proved everyone right.
You guys need to do better and take customer complaints as feedback and also follow up with customers when payment has been made
Bottom line I want I refund because I don’t have any more time to wait for your team to do installation I expect that refund on the same number I used to pay

I recently came across several negative reviews about Savanna but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed those concerns.

After making payment, I was promised that my internet connection would be set up within 48 hours. It has now been over two weeks. I have called their support team almost every day, and each time I am told, “tomorrow.” Nothing has changed.

When I requested a refund, I was informed that the refund process would take even longer than getting connected. That was the final straw. For the sake of my peace of mind, I have decided to walk away.

If you are looking for reliable home internet, I strongly advise against Savanna. The negative reviews are accurate, and my experience reflects exactly what others have warned about.

Subject: Unacceptable Service Experience with Savannah Internet

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Savannah Internet. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to their customer support, I have been met with denial and a complete lack of clarity on the status of my installation.

The service has been plagued with inconsistencies, and I have been left wondering if I will even receive the service I was promised. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by your team is unacceptable. It's clear that Savannah Internet is not prepared to deliver the level of service that customers deserve.

The initial contact was particularly egregious - they called me promptly, created my account, guided me through the payment process, and seemed eager to onboard me. But since then, they've gone completely mute. No updates, no follow-ups, nothing. It's as if they've disappeared into thin air.

I caution anyone considering joining Savannah Internet to be aware of the risks. The experience has been a pain in the ass, and I strongly believe that the company is not taking responsibility for its shortcomings.

Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the services I have not received. I demand that Savannah Internet takes immediate action to address these issues and provide a clear plan for installation and service delivery. Until then, I will continue to share my disappointing experience with others.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. The follow-up on client payments is very poor and inefficient. One is forced to spend almost an entire day trying to get assistance. Each staff member promises to forward the issue ‘in 30 minutes,’ which turns into hours, and every new person contacted repeats the same response without resolution. This shows a serious lack of coordination and accountability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service to others.
