I attended this clinic last year in September for my GCC medical examination and had a very uncomfortable experience. During the consultation, the doctor closed the door and proceeded to examine my private area without properly explaining the reason for this step or asking for my consent. This was my first time encountering such a procedure. In my previous GCC medical exam, no such examination was performed, which made this situation confusing and distressing for me. I felt unprepared and uncomfortable throughout the process. Medical professionals should clearly explain procedures in advance and obtain patient consent, especially for sensitive examinations. Patients deserve to feel respected, safe, and informed at all times. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling embarrassed and dissatisfied.

One of the worst testing centers— they are not accurate with their appointments, the staff is unprofessional and doesn’t know what they are doing. It’s a fiasco!

Results not issued in time for flight. Even though I paid extra for the Premium PCR test in which the results are to be given in 6 hours, I did not receive it. I was given a phone number to call in case there was a problem, but after several calls and speaking to the employee and still not getting an email or WhatsApp message with the test results, the representative turned his phone off. I did eventually get to board my flight because of kind-hearted airport employees who stepped in to help confirm I was tested. I can understand errors occurring, but when a company stop assisting customers who they know are awaiting critical results of testing that was done by the company, that is bad business.

Unprofessional front staff. I kept getting asked for my passport even after clearly mentioning I don't need the test for travel. Expensive (250,000 for a PCR). Go to Ruby's along the same road. Way cheaper and more professional.
