Zebra Plaza branch positive facts - they have the best and widest range of nail color -Ladies at the reception are very polite and welcoming -The owner is very professional and warm towards her clients -Ambiance is good Negative facts -employees(Nail Technicians) are very cold people am not sure if its because they are just not morning people since am usually one of the first clients as soon as they open. -i still go to the place because i feel they have the nail colors that i want but eeehh!! no amount of prayers is going make them polite. Rudest is Angela (I decided she cant do my nails) Willy was nice but now very cold (Am not the only who thinks so even the people i have recommended hoping they would may be have a better time with the assumption it was a one off have ended up sharing my opinion ). the other 2 gentlemen i didn't get their names but if i was to pick i would choose the one with a dark skin stone he is at least. Way forward- Am going to try your other branches because i still love the products you offer.

Wednesday 26th April 2023 2nd Time's a Charm I made an appointment today and Denise recommended Keem. Keem was very professional, gentle, polite and listened to each and every question and discomfort I had. He was exceptionally patient, accommodating and did his best to achieve the design I asked for. I left the salon quite happy today. Perfect Nails, you have won me over. Tuesday 7th March 2023 After a long conversation with the manager who called me today to find out more and also apologize, I have decided to give Perfect Nails a second try. Denise listened to what I had to say and made changes where necessary. Now this is customer service I can get behind! I cannot write another review till I visit next but I will be going back when my nails need to be done again. Thank you Denise! Monday 6th March 2023 Yesterday was my birthday so I wanted to treat myself to a lovely mani and pedi done by professionals. I read a few reviews on Perfect Nails so I knew what I was getting into. Still, it was not a good experience. 1. Marion: She is the saving grace of this place. Without her, I would have walked out. 2. Angela: She gave me daggers as she worked on another lady. I was thankful she wasn't going to work on me because other customers on Google warned me about her. 3. Willy: Where do I begin? After a few minutes of waiting, Willy surfaced. He was very angry & upset that he now had to work on a customer. Oh, the irony. He sat down, grabbed my feet and pushed & pulled them as he began working. I told Marion about this but she said he wasn't angry. Also, he kept dashing in and out. I offered him a soda to calm him down but he rolled his eyes at me the first time I asked him. I asked him a second time what soda he would like to drink, this time more loudly and with Marion chiming in, he muttered Mountain Dew. After a few sips of this carbonated peace offering, he calmed down a little and handled my feet with slightly less force. He was still angry though. The entire time I was there he never asked me what I wanted for my nails, never made eye contact, never even greeted me. I had to communicate through Marion. He understands English, so that is not the issue. His demeanour is the problem. He did a good paint job on my nails, but because he was rude, rough and nonchalant, he gave me a sore in the cuticle of my right finger and did not do any design on my nails which is what I wanted. When I asked him about it he said my nails were too short. I smiled at this response because the guy right next to him was doing nail art on short nails. This guy's name is Moses. 4. Moses: This man worked on this customer for hours, was quiet, diligent with his work, polite, gave recommendations and did an amazing job! I kept looking at the girl's nails next to me in envy the entire time and wished he was the one working on me and not disagreeable Willy whom I had to coax into a good mood with a soft drink in order for him to do his job without brute force. If you are coming to Perfect Nails, Moses should do your nails. No one else. Your nails get done, but the attitude makes the entire experience, just not worth it. Pay more elsewhere and be treated like a human being.

Staying on Entebbe road comes with lots of challenges especially access to good quality services. This place is a perfect fit. Good secure parking,clean &neat space of work and the cream is the professional service offered yet affordable. I love doing my nails more often. Kudos to perfect nails bwebajja branch👏👏👏

I visited this place few weeks ago and the girl worked on my nails , she was giving me such an attitude and then told me my nails are weak which was quite funny cause before visiting this place I had acrylic nails on for more than 3weeks which usually weakens the nails and whenever i take the acrylic nails out at any place they usually trim my nails as well to let them grow and of course will be stronger, and she was just stating the obvious in a very mean way, i really had to have an attitude with her as well and then she started being a bit nice. the gurl at the reception (the one handling customers) is very sweet and nice. But both the girl and the boy worked on me were not that nice or maybe they were just having a bad day. These extra starts I am giving are just because of the girl working at the reception but I would have given only 1
