…in the way of doing things that is Uganda; Nile Star buses are onto something totally different in a positive light. I would definitely use their services again whether traveling or sending cargo to West Nile.

This is the home of Nile Star Buses - the travellers' choice coach. It's a busy place where travellers' goods and cargo are loaded into coaches ready to depart for respective destinations, mostly West Nile region. There are adequate bathroom facilities and waiting areas for passengers. Ticketing is done manually, and passengers who book early have the opportunity to choose their preferred seats. I like that the drivers endeavour to leave at the designated time of departure for as much is practicably possible.

Unlike other terminals, Nile Star is quite spacious. It's situated on Bombo road completely away from the rowdy down town. This terminal has a waiting area for travellers with a TV screen to entertain its clients. The buses are relatively new and well maintained. There only challenge is at the Parcel dept. It's most times so packed that clients fight to be served.
