Thos is the worst bus company l have ever seen. Poor customer care servive .poor management . Transit delays , they dont keep time .keep picking people on the way. Uncomfortable sits , mechanical demages on the way

Not recommended. Took bus from Nairobi to Kigali but got off in Kampala after the untimely service was unbearable. -Bus was 3hrs late in Nairobi for 8pm -Bus was stopped in Kampala for at least 4hrs to pick up other passengers when the company advertises a no-stop policy -No working outlets Pros: -Busses are old but comfy and big

Decent buses from kampala to Nairobi. Their prices from Kampala to Kisumu are half the price mash poa bus. The bus was scheduled to leave at 5pm and it left at 5:15pm which is acceptable and very good for East Africa compared to other bus companies where u can wait long times. They are now located in the old easy coach terminal building on the same street.

If oxygen bus is available, book it. Quit comfortable don't even require the VIP seats. It's that great. For modern 4, no charging spots are available but the seats are ok. Timing, my receipt was indicated departure at 4 but we left at 5😒.
