My worst experience ever. You book a bus scheduled for 11:00 p.m., only for it to depart at 2:00 p.m. To make things worse, there’s no decent waiting area at the Kisumu office, you’re forced to sit outside, exposed to mosquito bites, and when it rains, you’re completely stranded. The office attendants couldn’t care less, recycling the same excuses every time: the bus is “in service,” it left Nairobi late, or there’s traffic. Absolute nonsense

The bus from Kampala to Nairobi was very comfortable and the ticket was cheap - yes. But! The bus was moving like 50km/hour starting 7pm until it broke down around 9am the next day and left us stranded for 6 hours in the middle of nowhere. After fixing the bus, it broke down again 2 hours from Nairobi and they didn’t even make an effort to fix it anymore. We had to find a car ourselves that would take us to Nairobi - at night on December 31, after already spending 26 hours on that bus!! There was no compensation, no solution from Mash Poa.. maybe send another bus to take us? Organize a matatu to take us to Nairobi? No, nothing, there was zero support provided for the passengers. I would never travel by this bus again, seriously. We were lucky that what broke down was some kind of pump and thanks god not the breaks. When they opened the engine, it was obvious that nobody does maintenance of those buses.

Am giving you 1 bse its the least option.I had a terrible experience with Mash Poa buses traveling from Nairobi to Kampala. The bus had no air conditioning, making the journey unbearably hot and stuffy. It was filthy, with a foul smell that lingered throughout the trip. The bus made numerous unnecessary stops, dragging out the journey, and broke down over five times without any explanation from the crew. Each breakdown left us stranded for at least 30 minutes, with no communication from the staff. When I tried to ask questions, the crew was incredibly rude, even throwing insults. If you value your time, money, and health, avoid Mash Poa at all costs—it’s a nightmare.

Great drivers but the problem is they put suit cases all over esp when you book vip and they fill the front area with bags its abit uncomfortable. Also i saw that some customer bags were left behind because they carried alot of parcel cargo.I think passengers should be given firat priority

The one who designs the seats does not sit in them. Wants to break your neck, my neighbour twisted n turned and finally decide to lean forward the rest of the journey The only stop is in Nakuru with disgraceful toilets. Please build just one dignified loo and charge 100 bob to enter. Is 100 too much for dignity? Nop Your conductors have humanity, when i didn’t get a seat, he gave me 5k ugx of his own money I return to the mash stage, bless him
