I first went to Livara in kyanja but due to the queue being 12 people long with a limited staff, I decided to go to the Livara salon in Ntinda for blow drying and plaiting natural twists. Because of time constraints and largely because the stylist seemed tired, I skipped the blow drying and did the wash. I honestly don’t think I’ll be going back to the Ntinda branch any time soon. One of the receptionists, the taller darker one, had an attitude for whatever reason and the same level of customer care I’ve experienced from the Kyanja branch is evidently missing there. The twists I got also could have turned out a lot better. Disappointing experience overall.

If I could not give a star i would.i went to livara intinda on 21st July at around 2:30.my first impression from the reception was ok...the gals at the front desk appeared tired but were nice.i wanted my 5yr old daughter to be plaited and I was to be unplaited and do treatment.they started working on us immediately but the whole ordeal went down south when by 6pm my daughters hair was not as close to half way done.i was very patient I didnt want to complain despite me noticing that there was only the one gal working on my daughter.my daughter was doing short noteless braids with curls at the end.these managers couldn't get another person to help the gal doing my daughters hair.at some point by 7pm two of the employees came and started doing each other's hair right next to us and even after being asked to help they declined and continued chatting and laughing away.i had to go to the managers and complain,this was 8pm!!Tuesday morning the curls had come out of my daughters hair! I will never go back to this salon and I would not recommend it at all. o efficiency at all and the work is substandard.

As always the customer care here is impeccable. The ladies and gentlemen are usually friendly and down to earth. I like their products although sometimes I get allergy from some of them... Never known which one exactly... So I just use the moisturizer for my hair. Great ave for Natural Hair.

Livara service was great especially for a person like me transitioning to natural hair. Only challenge was I had to wait for quite sometime maybe that can be attributed to high demand. That aside I purchased their hair products and they lived up to their expectations
