I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The receptionist at the front desk demonstrated a surprising lack of manners and professionalism, showing little respect or courtesy toward guests. Her attitude created an unwelcoming atmosphere and set a negative tone for our visit. For an establishment that should value hospitality, this level of customer service is unacceptable.
