My Subaru Forester XT was overheating frequently, and coolant kept disappearing. I had already changed the radiator elsewhere with no improvement. At KAR Auto Solutions, they carried out a pressure test and confirmed a classic Subaru head gasket failure. They handled the repair professionally resurfaced the cylinder heads, installed multi-layer steel gaskets, replaced timing components, and used OEM coolant. After the repair, the engine temperature remains stable even on long drives, and performance feels stronger. I trust them fully now they understand Subarus better than most.

I own a Mercedes-Benz C200, and the gearbox started jerking whenever shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable to drive. I decided to visit KAR Auto Solutions, and I must say their diagnostic approach was top-notch.They performed a transmission adaptation test and identified that the problem was due to contaminated transmission oil and a partially clogged valve body. Instead of rushing to replace the gearbox, they advised a full transmission flush using manufacturer-specified ATF, replaced the filter, and reset the adaptation values.Within a few kilometers of driving, the shifts became smooth and responsive again. I'm impressed with their transparency and how they prioritize repair over unnecessary replacement.
