My Subaru Forester XT was overheating frequently, and coolant kept disappearing. I had already changed the radiator elsewhere with no improvement. At KAR Auto Solutions, they carried out a pressure test and confirmed a classic Subaru head gasket failure.They handled the repair professionally resurfaced the cylinder heads, installed multi-layer steel gaskets, replaced timing components, and used OEM coolant. After the repair, the engine temperature remains stable even on long drives, and performance feels stronger. I trust them fully now they understand Subarus better than most.

3.I was having major gearbox issues with my Mercedes V-Class (2015) and thought it would be impossible to get the right part locally. KAR Auto Solutions sourced the gearbox, shipped it in, and installed it professionally. The car now drives flawlessly, smooth gear changes and no more strange noises. My Range Rover suddenly dropped on one side and the dashboard displayed an 'Air suspension inative' warning. I was worried it would be a very costly repair. I towed the vehicle to KAR Auto solutions where the team ran a diagnostic scan and found a fault in one of the rear air struts and a leaking airline They replaced the damaged air strut, and repaired the leaking air horse and recalibrated the suspension height sensors. The vehicle's stance and comfort are now perfect again. They even have a gave me advice on regular air system checks to prevent the future from issues The precision and attention to detail were exceptional

I own a Mercedes-Benz C200, and the gearbox started jerking whenever shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable to drive. I decided to visit KAR Auto Solutions, and I must say their diagnostic approach was top-notch.They performed a transmission adaptation test and identified that the problem was due to contaminated transmission oil and a partially clogged valve body. Instead of rushing to replace the gearbox, they advised a full transmission flush using manufacturer-specified ATF, replaced the filter, and reset the adaptation values.Within a few kilometers of driving, the shifts became smooth and responsive again. I'm impressed with their transparency and how they prioritize repair over unnecessary replacement.
