I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Kampala for three days during a recent trip to Kampala, and the experience was comfortable, consistent, and well suited for both work and rest. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages. Situated on Kira Road, opposite the British High Commission, it offers easy access to Acacia Mall and several restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Moving around the city from this location was convenient and saved a lot of time. The room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was comfortable, the workspace was practical, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, which made it easy to work without interruption. Housekeeping was consistent, and the room remained fresh and well kept each day. Service stood out in a quiet but meaningful way. The staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed assistance. There was a sense that they cared about the guest experience, not just the routine of the job, and that always makes a difference when travelling. I must mention that I was pleasantly surprised that the Hilton Garden Inn Kampala does not charge for room service, that alone made me just love the hotel, spoke volumes about the commitment of the management to caring for their guests...

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Kampala. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The food was excellent with a good variety of options, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, especially being close to Acacia Mall. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and ambiance exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kampala.

Happy with my stay and will definitely be back. The food was so delicious! I was constantly ordering room service. And the breakfast was definitely worth going to. Housekeeping cleaned my room every day and I got a fresh two bottles of water every day. Free washer/dryer use and even free laundry detergent. Free gym. Professional staff. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. Sometimes it was difficult to use and there’s only a partial covering to the shower so water would always get on the ground. But other than that, I will still go back.

Hilton Garden Inn Kampala is a comfortable place with amazing services and nice looking rooms. It's location gives it a quiet, calm and peaceful environment. It is a place you should all visit.
