Thank you for your services n having good products Bt there’s a particular cashier who tried to fool me about what I picked yesterday(main branch), 05.10.24 adding 5k on my bill. The attendant told me everything be4 I left her then releasing the cashier added money on my bill. Asking her she printed me another bill at that exact time not baring the exact names of the products I picked onto. I said I will use it against her. Those people should style up cause some clients actually purchase goods on budget it’s also not a good reputation to the Co. am a procurement officer I definitely pay attention to details. I came on here to look through ur reviews n have seen someone posting the same thing. The company should eliminate such un-honest cashiers/employees or they will lead to company shaming. KINDLY keep those shelves labeled with prices to avoid such misunderstandings Thanks.

There’s nothing as frustrating as going back to pick a certain product that worked well on your skin and you are told it’s out of stock… for even up to a month and then the attendants coerce you into taking something else(because they are tired of seeing the same face)which ends up making your skin to get breakouts!!! Ok guys you need to style up in that area! It’s so frustrating. You introduce a nice skincare product then restocking takes forever( that’s if it even gets restocked) Not cool…!

I like this place for authentic brands especially for natural African hair to be particular Designs Essentials. They are organised with their products in the shelves. For this reason they shouldn't have many attendants loitering all over the shop trying to help you around. I have also realised that the price at the shelf isn't the price at the pay check. They always add either a 5k or 10k compared to what is tagged to the item in the shelves. It's a funny experience.

Went to delight supplies today and received an amazing customer care service. The sales assistants were very friendly, patient with me as they explained the products I needed to use on my skin quite well. They too have a variety of cosmetics in store to cater for every tax bracket. It is a 10/10 recommend from me.
