I stopped by Cafe Java in Victoria Mall for some hibiscus tea and to use their complimentary WiFi. Once seated, ask for the WiFi password and a slip of paper with the WiFi code for 1-hr access is provided from the staff. Plenty of seating available and it’s all open air seating inside their cafe

Located in Victoria Mall, on Berkeley Rd. In Entebbe, Uganda. Next to the Entebbe Botanical Garden, on the shore of Lake Victoria. Menus available for breakfast, lunch and supper. Reasonable price, dishes size are big.

Usually one of my first stops after the airport, just to get a bite to eat, a drink, and catch up on the world via the free wi-fi. Food is always delicious and service great. Very clean dining area, comfortable, and pleasant. The price is perhaps high by local standards, but still acceptable for the convenience of the location in Victoria Mall.

Café Javas offers the best breakfast in Uganda of any restaurant. One portion is for two adults and drinks, food, dessert are all so delicious. The food gets served quickly and the customer service is amazing.
