I like the lady who does my treatments she's very good. But with the two visits I did, there's always something off 🙄nnFirst time I was in the stall next to the ramp where the supermarket deliveries pass. It was very noisy which I asked them to move me because I was not feeling relaxed, they didn't. The second time, I am in a different stall but we were interrupted more times than I can count. No respect for the client's privacy - opening the door without permission. We're interrupted by one staff asking my attendant for wax or cotton which is not a good sign of preparedness for that attendant and or of the spa.nnI'm not sure I want to go back, but ill let you know.

Truthfully speaking Essence was everything.... From the Receptionist. Forgot to get her name. Light skinned Tall lady. Very wonderful care.. Down to the lady that did my whole treatment Juliet. ..You people have the right staff doing an amazing job. I recommend Essence for all your spa needs.... Keep celebrating and taking care of us.

It's my third time here and the service is still excellent. The masseuse reccomended a combination of light therapy and deep tissue massage and it was very therapeutic. I also utilized the steam bath and left feeling amazing. I will be back

Their professionalism is out of this world, the variety of services offered were great. Went for a hot stone massage, a coffee scrub, a manicure pedicure and a wax, All I can say is Thank you to the team. You are wonderful.
