Heeyyyy Twinkle was wonderful to work with. The lady was very pleasant, picked up my laundry and dropped them off in the afternoon. They smell soooo good and her prices are very very affordable. When I’m back in Kampala I will definitely be calling again! 🤘🤘🤘

We just tried Twinkle for the first time and were extremely satisfied. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they responded promptly to my inquiries. Their prices were clear, economical and stated up front. Margaret arrived to pick up our laundry at the time that she said and returned it the next day right when she said she would. The clothes were nicely folded and fresh smelling. They were very conscientious and even helped me find someone to do some minor alterations for me. We will definitely continue to use them.

Wow, what an incredible service during my visit to Kampala! I messaged via Whatsapp not knowing what to expect. Within a few hours Margaret was at my hotel and I handed over 2 bags of laundry and paid for 2 units of washing. At 8am the next morning, Margaret was back with my clean and wonderfully-smelling clothes. But to top it off, she notified me that when she got to her place, the 2 bags actually fit into 1 unit in regards to how they measure a load, and she returned half the money I gave her the day before. WHAT AN HONEST AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Will definitely be messaging Twinkle Laundry every time I'm here. Five stars!

I have been using Twinkle for around 5 months now and haven't had a single problem. The cost per bag is incredibly reasonable, when I was looking for somewhere to do my laundry when I first moved here, everywhere else I found charged per item and would be around 4 times the cost for the same amount of laundry. They are also very accommodating with the time they pick up and drop off your laundry to fit around your schedule. The clothes are folded so neatly they don't need ironing after they return them, I would recommend their service highly!

I truly appreciate the work well done. The laundry was folded nicely after it was washed- organized by color as well. We didn’t have a problem getting ahold of the business owner which was a great relief. We will definitely be using this service again.
