In the past few years artists had no place in Kampala, this is one of the amazing artistic space for photographers and other arts to exhibit or host a theater festival, God mhh. Some images from there and that is how Kampala looks through the windows.

Alot of jam even the road is very small,no parking near the CPS

What I liked were the clean washroom facilities on the 2nd floor where I went. The best thing is that the elevator is right on the ground where the parking lot is so that you can jump right in and head on to wherever. What this means for people in wheel chairs or those who would find it difficult to use the stairs such as people using crutches, is that they can get in as soon as they get out of the car. That is simply awesome

Parking is limited to tenants and office space users, elevator access, stair access (8-9 flights)
