Best property managers so far. I had the best calmest experience with Spectrum and am grateful for having entrusted my property with them. Despite of being far, I received all the monthly collections on time in addition to monthly reports for accountability. If your looking for a professional team to manage your properties, then this is the team to deal with. Well done Philp and Grace. #bestpropertymanagers #bestteamever👌
