Dr. Flavia is a hands on paediatrician, who goes over and beyond. She'll do follow even on phone to ensure that her patients are getting better and responding to the medications well. She is a Doctor you can comfortably call, and won't be displeased.. Check the hospital out. Take your kids , and you won't be disappointed.

I had to wait for a doctor when I came in at 8am. Doctor finally came in after a whole hour. He was friendly and that would have been okay but the nurse given to administer IV treatment pricked my daughter already sick multiple times. The following day when we came for more treatment the vein was blocked or not properly put in and the pain was too much for my girl. We have to be pricked again the following day. Please figure out how to ensure you have people that know what they are doing especially for children. I can take the pain as an adult but not my child

They claim to work 24 hours but won’t pick calls when we try to seek a second opinion after pharmacists elsewhere notice that e.g. the meds prescribed for a 2 year old are meant for 12 year olds plus. Sad all they need from us is the money.

Hospitals should understand that if someone comes in the night, its an emergency. Last nights response ( 2/2.2022)was horrible from receptionist, nurses to doctors...they were lousy and cared more about their sleep. Please watch out for the people u put on duty at night.
