I had a seamless experience from the first step into the branch. The eye testing process was thorough and professional, using modern equipment that made me feel confident in the results. Choosing frames was easy thanks to the patient staff who helped me find the perfect fit. My spectacles were ready exactly when promised, and the final fitting was spot on. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality eye care in Kampala. Thank you, Optica, for a smooth and professional journey..keep it up..

The ambience at Optica is very clean and relaxing coupled with very welcoming attendants who take time to explain the available options when one is choosing eye glasses following the optometrist’s recommendations. Their prices are very very friendly in addition to their location on Acacia mall being easily accessible. The turn around time for the glasses is amazing!! I would highly recommend them for anyone’s eye care needs!
