Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Mr Gift. Their customer service is friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. However, there is one issue that I find disappointing. On more than one occasion, I specifically asked in advance that the delivery driver should not mention that the flowers were from Mr Gift, as they were meant to be a surprise. Unfortunately, this request was not respected, and the recipient was still told the delivery was from Mr Gift, which ruined the surprise. I hope Mr Gift will take this feedback into consideration and make sure that special delivery requests like this are followed in the future. It would make the experience even better for customers who want to create a genuine surprise.
