Very negligent hospital especially to insurance users, why accept insurance if you know you’ll neglect its patients. We reached the hospital at 3 with a patient who had got a miscarriage and they started working on her at 11:30 pm ( can you imagine) with all that pain??? The doctor was no where to be seen and the nurses were very rude and on top of that she wasn’t properly worked on, two days later she’s still in excruciating pain!!!! What a horrible experience!!!

About a month ago, I took my cousin, who was 15 weeks pregnant, to get a termination. She had an appointment scheduled but waited for hours- the whole day. Pregnant women shouldn’t sit for long periods, as it can harm blood flow and cause placental issues. During the first consultation, a nurse seemed worried about her gestation (big bump) but during the consultation, there was no talk of her health history which is asthma, which could affect the procedure. She then had a second appointment with a doctor (unnamed for confidential purposes) who was lovely, who reviewed her notes and seemed disappointed due to numerous inaccuracies that could have been dangerous. I was concerned and wanted to speak with the nurse, but she made spiteful remarks, calling my cousin overly dramatic. The sad thing is some so many women have health conditions from sickle cells, asthma etc. and they are being ignored. The procedure was completed a month ago, but she never received follow-up care, despite it being a surgical procedure. MSI claims to care for patients globally, but in Uganda where they’re one of the few clinics offering this service this lack of aftercare is concerning as it seems like after they’ve got the money they’re job is done when the aftercare is definitely a part of the service. Recently, my cousin experienced ongoing pain and saw a hospital for a scan. The doctor’s discharge note revealed an "incomplete abortion" and ovarian cysts, recommending she return to MSI to finish the procedure. The doctor also warned that, had she not sought hospital care, she might have developed “epithelial ovarian cancer." Now, MSI is demanding she pay for the entire procedure again, which is unnecessary, especially considering the incomplete abortion from their side. I won’t be contacting MSI via WhatsApp. Please do not respond with automated messages, as this won’t resolve anything—this is just to inform others about these services.

I have never experienced such exceptional customer service right from the reception all the way to the doctors and the midwives that constantly checked on us explaining every detail of the medicine and what it's going to do. The VIP section was truly outstanding and memorable. Keep up the fantastic work! Note: If you could consider providing larger private rooms, it would be a great improvement and one would have a great experience.

. One of the most outstanding aspects of my experience is the Ambulance services. When We require emergency transport, the ambulance arrives promptly, and are impressed by how quickly and efficiently the team gets on board. The medical staff on the ambulance are highly skilled, ensuring our patients are safe and well-cared for during the entire journey. A special shoutout to Driver Uthman, who is simply fantastic, calm, friendly, and professional, making the ride smooth and comfortable despite the stressful circumstances. It is clear that he is experienced, as he navigates traffic with precision and takes every measure to ensure safety and comfort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone in need of quality healthcare and reliable transport services.

In terms of mother-child care, my wife and I have never encountered such outstanding customer service, from the reception to the nurses, doctors, and surgeons. If you could consider offering larger private rooms, it would be exceptional. My experience in the VIP section was classic and wonderful. Otherwise, keep up the excellent work!
