I ordered a cake from HotLoaf Bakery and provided clear specifications, expecting a well-made product for my special occasion. To my disappointment, what I received was completely different from what I requested—far below expectations in both design and quality. It’s frustrating to trust a bakery with something important, only to be let down. If you’re looking for a reliable place to get a cake for your special event, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. These guys will disappoint you if given the chance! So disappointed!

In some of the outlets products stay for too long and therefore get stale on the shelves, this has happened not once not twice . And staff don't seem concerned about feedback, they protect even the bad in your face as long as it's already paid for. E.G frequently check the shelf life of bans and meat sumbusas , pleaseè
