It is more like a supermarket of hardware of sorts
Get all you plumbing, electrical, wall painting paints, tools, metals, lights etc

Ample & Well demarcated parking.
They offer delivery too

Managing projects mainly in construction/engineering projects mainly in Uganda calls for a specialist to know Hardware World. Do your shopping at one go and thank me later. Incase they fail to have any item, they will recommend you to the best in town.

With that said, the management of Hardware World should invest in training their support personnel in their shop for purpose of building strong clientale.

A one stop shop. You will find all you need for your construction site, farm  or home in general... just avoid LUNCH HOURS, shop is open but not many are willing to assist you. Everyone is busy eating their lunch in their respective section...

I think they can do a better job at training the service attendants about the various products because several times when you ask for a product the seem not to have an idea if they have it or not. Other than that they seem fairly priced.
