If there was an option for no star then I'd definitely choose that option. The worst security company in Uganda if not the whole region. The guards beg for money. They blackmail you if you don't give them money. Once you ignore the guards they'll begin not to open the hate for you. These are obviously guards in apartment settings. We're part of a huge company that uses these KK guards but are definitely terminating their contract. I called the supervisor several days ago and made a complaint but the guard is still harassing us and scaring our children. Terrible company for sure.

Had the most bizarre encounter with this company at nakasero hospital. Upon entry, they wanted me to be dropped at the bottom of the hill. Apparently the dropping zone is full! I am 8 months pregnant! I pointed this out to the guard who said ‘you cannot walk’! Anyway fought to get in and by the way the drop zone was not full! Shame they lie! then in the way out did not want to bother another encounter so walked out and one of the same guards want to see my bag?! Really? I know security companies don’t pay their staff, have you also not trained them to spot actual danger? Shame

Located in Bugolobi, I went to this office to attend to concerns I had about my premises. The gate guard was very courteous and helpful in directing me to where I could get assistance from. I was helped at the reception and didn't wait long for service. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Very professional staff.

Worst security guards ever. These guards vandalized my car that I had parked at shell and Infact used it there shelter instead of keeping security and their management has refused go cooperate and see how best we can handle the situation. No star at all
