Good service was given from Uganda office. When my parcel is received Sri Lanka, cheaters of so called Fedec, tried to earn money by pretending. 😨😨

Get your courier services through here, however you have to exercise patience when dealing with the reception staff, also pricy but great tracking of items and centralised pickup location

Despite charging $104 to ship a 3 kg package to New York, USA, FedEx's services are commendably fast and efficient. While the pricing felt excessive for such a lightweight parcel, their reliability and speed remain impressive. However, there's room for improvement in pricing transparency for a more balanced customer experience.

Horrible service. They don’t call up customers to pick packages. Don’t ever pick up phone calls. Even after I paid my taxes and their clearing fees, I personally had to track down the package myself. Don’t believe the ratings saying the service is good.
