5/5 stars! Faibanet Uganda has been a game-changer for me! Their internet services are fast, reliable, and affordable even for the entry packag (70k). The connection is stable, and I've experienced minimal downtime. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. I've been with them for a while now, and I'm thoroughly impressed.

Worst internet provider. Pay money at your own risk. They are just after your money. They make you pay for a subscription and after that, they don’t pick calls. They lie that someone is coming to install but they never come. They claim to have 24/7 customer support. That’s a lie cause when you send them a message, they don’t respond or work on you. They say 72 hours but honestly they take weeks to install. Very frustrating internet service provider. I suggest you stick to the Airtel and MtN however expensive. Faibanet will frustrate you and you will regret having paid your money. All their workers just lie and never tell the truth. I regret having paid my money. Also note, they say they refund but they don’t. Only pay money when you’re willing to let it go. They don’t even deserve one star WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!

The internet is incredibly unstable alot of the times. When I game it lags me into oblivion that mobile data is faster and I have to buy that if I wanna play in peace. They even removed their silver subscription so we pay for a higher one and guess what, there was no difference in speed and It even felt worse infact. Why is my airtel data outperforming your wifi in stability. I dont care if its fast if it isnt stable your internet is useless to me. It tells us we get 60 mbps but can that old router you gave us even use all that. We're switching providers, do better

I’ve repeatedly had issues renewing my subscription due to glitches on your website. This happens almost every month and takes far too long to resolve. It’s frustrating to experience the same payment problem over and over. Please fix your payment system — customers shouldn’t struggle to pay for a service they’re trying to use.

Customer care agents are really not professional and when you need help about an issue, they lie and say they will call you back but they never do. I got so frustrated by calling them back all the time.. Literally begging for help for services that I paid for. I had to let them go and subscribe to a better company than Faibanet. Good riddance!!!!
