Today I visited your Kyambogo showroom to buy a 3×6, 6-inch Premium High Density mattress for school, and although I haven't started using the mattress yet, I couldn't wait to share how impressed I was with the customer service. A special thank you to Priscilla, who assisted me throughout my visit. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. She took her time explaining the different mattress options, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. By the end of my visit, it honestly felt like I was shopping with someone I'd known for years. Priscilla is a wonderful ambassador for your brand. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent customer care made my shopping experience memorable. Your management is truly fortunate to have such an outstanding member of staff. I left the showroom not only happy with my purchase but also grateful for the way I was treated. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. I haven't had the chance to sleep on the mattress yet because it's for my upcoming school term, but once I've used it, I'll be happy to return and share a review of the product itself. For now, thank you to the entire Eurofoam team, and especially to Priscilla. You truly made my day. Keep up the excellent work! EDIT AFTER 2 WEEKS OF USING THE MATRESS. I've now been using this mattress for two weeks, and I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. It's incredibly comfortable, supportive, and has given me some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. Choosing this mattress was definitely the right decision, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

You can all the numbers posted a million times before they cater to you . And if they do , the delivery is just painful. When you try to call back, good luck if the pick or call you back.

Customer care has become very poor. I bough 4 beds some years ago and again 2 beds this week. Waiting 1h for the cashier to have lunch , to be noted that I came in long before that but by the time I wanted to process the payment I had to wait. Enquiry calls reach people who are not able to give information. There is no card payment option, which in 2023 is really poor. The day I came to place the order and make the downpayment there was a mothers day offer and I was assured I would receive it, but now that I am back to get the ordered goods and make the final payment, nobody wants to keep their word. This is definitely the last time I buy from Eurofoam, RoyalFoam is just across the road, they have the same quality of beds but the service is much better!

They have affordable prices compared to their competitors and their products are of high quality, definitely you can never regret buying a thing from Eurofoam. With Eurofoam you always sleep better ✌🏿
