I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Eben Pork Joint. I placed my order at 7:33 PM, and the food did not reach the table until 9:45 PM. Waiting over two hours for a meal is unacceptable, but what made the experience worse was the complete lack of professionalism: Zero Communication: Despite the massive delay, not a single member of the staff approached us to explain the wait or offer an apology. We were left completely in the dark. Poor Customer Service: The staff seemed indifferent to the situation. There is a clear lack of management and respect for the customers' time. Subpar Presentation: After waiting for over two hours, you would at least expect the food to be worth the wait. Instead, the presentation was messy and unappealing—it looked like it had been thrown onto the plate without any care. Please do better!!

Really lovely place with amazing food, great drinks and good staff. You can pay by card at the pork part but at the bar you need cash or momo etc - I paid with Nala which made it really easy. Will definitely come again when in Kampala

The roasted pork quality has reduced. They now first boil it then roast it. It only dries at the top and remains boiled wet meat inside. Better off going with the fried option.

Eben Pork Joint is a great place to enjoy delicious pork. The place is accessible and has a washing bay for your convenience. The staff are helpful and professional, and they serve the pork with a variety of sauces and sides. The only downside is that the parking is very limited Overall, I recommend Eben pork joint for a satisfying meal. 🐷
