I’m really disappointed with the handling of my shipment. Your staff misrepresented my item as new when it was clearly second-hand, which led to inflated taxes from URA that I still paid on time. I’m now being told there’s an issue with the declared price — an error that was not mine to begin with. Despite fulfilling all requirements, I have still not received my parcel. What’s more concerning is the lack of action from staff, while delays continue and risk attracting unnecessary storage fees, making the shipment even more expensive. This is unacceptable. Basic understanding of platforms like eBay would have prevented this. I need this matter urgently resolved.

Honestly, very disappointed... I mean it's expected... Not the first time they have done to me... They charged me fright fees that equates to the price of my packages... Then once they arrived here in kampala... These guys with Pride, negative vibes and lack of professionism... Charged me again more money claiming taxes and all that... On top of their bad customer Service waiting for 3hours to just get a tax quotation to clear my taxes... 4 more hours of waiting to just get my package handed to me... Despite paying delivery fee that's probably non-refundable 😏... Use DHL at your own risk... I thought for one they would offer better service after all the money they scammed us in the name of taxes... How can you charge someone almost 85% of the taxes on a package that's not even worth 10% of the Fees charged... 😑😏😏
