I just paid 50% of the money and you guys accepted the offer that I will pay the rest once you deliver. Since then you guys are still saying I should complete the payment yet we made a deal. That's untrustworthiness

This is the worst company to ever work with. They have rude staff and they ask for unnecessary loads of money just to deliver a package and yet they don't deliver. One agent even asked me to pay for their vehicle repair fee just to deliver my package. Just the worst experience ever. It has taken me 7months to get my package and yet it hasn't been delivered.
