Thankyou Cube Movers for making my house-moving experience a pleasant one. Time-keeping, professionalism and delivery was top-notch. The supervisor Hannington was very amiable. They even kept good conversation with my little son who had a lot of questions for them. Thankyou for the good service guys.

I used Cube Movers in June and July 2025, In June i was charged 1.5m from to move from Jinja to Kampala and of course they were so responsive with the service and infact even made sure they kept time. Now the issue came with some of the guys they had on the moving team, they were so focused on getting the items moved and not the state in which the items should arrive in the process they tore one of my carpets but i let it slide and took it as a mistake. So we reached Kampala and the items were moved to the house. Later we moved house again to a bigger space-July 2025 and decided to use them just because they already knew where we were, We had not really unboxed many of the items as we just used the house as storage. Now we were charged 850k to move from Namugongo to Kiwatule a distance of less than 30 minutes drive call it 20 minutes, I specifically asked to use a different team of people as i mentioned the set we used from Jinja had some disorganized guys apart from their team leader and one other guy. Lo and behold they still gave us the same set of guys, on reaching the final destination, we were told the money paid includes arranging items, oh mai, it was a mess the guys were just dumping the items any where especially the clothes, just shoving them into the closets, you had to literally supervise them, they were not proactive apart from the team leader and you could tell he was also overwhelmed managing his disorganized team of guys. Now this is what i have found dissatisfactory about the entire service of Cube movers. They broke my marble work top and claimed they would fix it, its been 5 months coming to 6 months in November 2025 and to date no update on what happened to the marble work top, no update on progress, we have to keep following up with them and the new story is that the item was taken to Kenya as no one in Uganda could fix it apparently and that they do not know when the marble worktop will be worked on or brought back to Uganda. They claimed they would call us and give us an update, no response again to date and they want us to keep following up and yet when it came to looking for business and securing the deal they were so responsive and now because they got there money and they think they got there job done, they do not care about compensating us for the damage caused on the marble table top or even getting it fixed and delivered back. At this point i would not recommend using cube movers again. I had an unprofessional experience with them. No value for money at all. Still waiting for them to either fix my work top or compensate me immediately.

Just wanted to thank your team for doing an absolutely amazing job. Their efficiency and professionalism was definitely evident in the seamless way they were able to relocate us to our forever home. Even the unexpected rain and the fact that the truck was too large to enter our compound didn't deter them, and they quickly made a plan. Job exceptionally well done.✨️

By far the best moving experience I have ever had in Uganda. The gentlemen were professional and also very supportive... They took great care when packing and unpacking...I did not here any complaints from them during the process. The best customer experience so far. The company has well trained staff who understand the stress that can be experienced by the people moving. I would recommend Cube Movers for anyone thinking of moving homes,offices whether within Uganda or across the borders.
