Stay away from their paintwork and the owner of this once professional business has become extremely arrogant because of previous successes he has achieved with his clients. You get the sense that he is doing you a big favor to assist you. I was literary told that some clients like to take themselves special and that no client is special at ceramic glazed. It is sad, if the founder and vision bearer cannot understand that every client is special, immaterial of whether they make you angry or not, then never expect good customer care. Your choice as a business owner is to reject a client's business if you think they are not good fit but not to antagonize a client down the line.
