They are very friendly and welcoming, I went in with my itel A90 cause of it's broken screen and let me just say in a few hours my phone was back to looking good and the cost was pocket friendly. They place was also great especially the bean bags that were comfortable to sit as the cool air conditioning made it better, so I'd just love to invite anyone with a problem with his/her phone to carlcare where they will surely be taken good care off. If you want the best then go to Carlcare, cause they are the best and they'll not disappoint you.
