Worst Car Service Experience in Kampala I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this service center, and I can confidently say it was the worst I’ve encountered in Kampala. As a mechanical engineer, I had high expectations, but this place completely missed the mark. First, they didn’t even have the basic tools to check something as simple as a spark plug. I was shocked. I raised my concerns to their supervisor, Rafi, as well as the manager, Abbas and Davis. Sadly, none of them seemed bothered or offered any real solution. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was astounding. To make matters worse, I felt completely disregarded despite trying to communicate my needs clearly. This was my last visit I wouldn’t trust my car with them again. My neighbor in Ntinda, has more tools than these guys and does service at half the price. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about quality service.

The ambience is perfect for a stress free car service; free wifi, you may have a cup of coffee or tea as you wait in the comfy lounge, read some magazines or watch the latest international news. Service cost is also quite affordable not exceeding 70,000ugx for most cars.

Great service. Upright and elaborate staff. The car is definitely in the right place when you bring it here. They will service it to the best of their knowledge. The parts are readily available for any vehicle. As you wait for your car service to get done and chance to get hungry, KFC is not far from you. Visit it for a quick snack and you will be moving as soon as possible. It was a great experience

Quality spare parts, knowledgeable staff (not people who pretend to know but actually don't), quick service (they don't keep your car all day with you wondering what exactly is taking so long). The first top end service site that I have visited where they are not out to charge you a lot of money for the same service or spares I would get elsewhere. They also have a place where you can sit and watch them as they work on your vehicle, either downstairs near reception or upstairs in the air conditioned lounge.

The team here is welcoming and they give the car a thorough check regardless of what has take you there. I loved the service. Just a little more expensive then other places
