-Ladies at the reception are very polite and welcoming
-The owner is very professional and warm towards her clients

Negative facts
-employees(Nail Technicians) are very cold people am not sure  if its because  they are just not morning people since am usually one of  the first clients as soon as they open.
-i still go to the place because i feel they have the nail colors that i want but eeehh!! no amount of prayers is going make them polite. Rudest is Angela (I decided she cant do my nails)
Willy was nice but now very cold (Am not the only who thinks so even the people i have recommended hoping they would may be have a better time with the assumption it was a one off have ended up sharing my opinion ).
the other 2 gentlemen i didn't get their names but if i was to pick i would choose the one with a dark skin stone he is at least.

Way forward- Am going to try your other branches because i still love the products you offer.

2nd Time's a Charm

I made an appointment today and Denise recommended Keem.
Keem was very professional, gentle, polite and listened to each and every question and discomfort I had.
He was exceptionally patient, accommodating and did his best to achieve the design I asked for.
I left the salon quite happy today.

Perfect Nails, you have won me over.

After a long conversation with the manager who called me today to find out more and also apologize, I have decided to give Perfect Nails a second try.
Denise listened to what I had to say and made changes where necessary.
Now this is customer service I can get behind!

I cannot write another review till I visit next but I will be going back when my nails need to be done again.

Yesterday was my birthday so I wanted to treat myself to a lovely mani and pedi done by professionals. I read a few reviews on Perfect Nails so I knew what I was getting into.
Still, it was not a good experience.

1. Marion:
She is the saving grace of this place. Without her, I would have walked out.

2. Angela:
She gave me daggers as she worked on another lady. I was thankful she wasn't going to work on me because other customers on Google warned me about her.

3. Willy:
Where do I begin?
After a few minutes of waiting, Willy surfaced. He was very angry & upset that he now had to work on a customer. Oh, the irony.
He sat down, grabbed my feet and pushed & pulled them as he began working.
I told Marion about this but she said he wasn't angry. Also, he kept dashing in and out.
I offered him a soda to calm him down but he rolled his eyes at me the first time I asked him. I asked him a second time what soda he would like to drink, this time more loudly and with Marion chiming in, he muttered Mountain Dew.
After a few sips of this carbonated peace offering, he calmed down a little and handled my feet with slightly less force. He was still angry though.
The entire time I was there he never asked me what I wanted for my nails, never made eye contact, never even greeted me.
I had to communicate through Marion. He understands English, so that is not the issue.
His demeanour is the problem.
He did a good paint job on my nails, but because he was rude, rough and nonchalant, he gave me a sore in the cuticle of my right finger and did not do any design on my nails which is what I wanted. When I asked him about it he said my nails were too short.
I smiled at this response because the guy right next to him was doing nail art on short nails. This guy's name is Moses.

4. Moses:
This man worked on this customer for hours, was quiet, diligent with his work, polite, gave recommendations and did an amazing job!
I kept looking at the girl's nails next to me in envy the entire time and wished he was the one working on me and not disagreeable Willy whom I had to coax into a good mood with a soft drink in order for him to do his job without brute force.
If you are coming to Perfect Nails, Moses should do your nails. No one else.

Your nails get done, but the attitude makes the entire experience, just not worth it.
Pay more elsewhere and be treated like a human being.

Staying on Entebbe road comes with lots of challenges especially access to good quality services. This place is a perfect fit. Good secure parking,clean &neat space of work and the cream is the professional service offered yet affordable. I love doing my nails more often. Kudos to perfect nails bwebajja branch👏👏👏

I visited this place few weeks ago and the girl worked on my nails , she was giving me such an attitude and then told me my nails are weak which was quite funny cause before visiting this place I had acrylic nails on for more than 3weeks which usually weakens the nails and whenever i take the acrylic nails out at any place they usually trim my nails as well to let them grow and of course will be stronger, and she was just stating the obvious in a very mean way, i really had to have an attitude with her as well and then she started being a bit nice.  the gurl at the reception (the one handling customers) is very sweet and nice. But both the girl and the boy worked on me were not that nice or maybe they were just having a bad day. These extra starts I am giving are just because of the girl working at the reception but I would have given only 1

I first went to Livara in kyanja  but due to the queue being 12 people long with a limited staff, I decided to go to the Livara salon in Ntinda for blow drying and plaiting natural twists. Because of time constraints and largely because the stylist seemed tired, I skipped the blow drying and did the wash. I honestly don’t think I’ll be going back to the Ntinda branch any time soon. One of the receptionists, the taller darker one, had an attitude for whatever reason and the same level of customer care I’ve experienced from the Kyanja branch is evidently missing there. The twists I got also could have turned out a lot better. Disappointing experience overall.

If I could not give a star i would.i went to livara intinda on 21st July at around 2:30.my first impression from the reception was ok...the gals at the front desk appeared tired but were nice.i wanted my 5yr old daughter to be plaited and I was to be unplaited and do treatment.they started working on us immediately but the whole ordeal went down south when by 6pm my daughters hair was not as close to half way done.i was very patient I didnt want to complain despite me noticing that there was only the one gal working on my daughter.my daughter was doing short noteless braids with curls at the end.these managers couldn't get another person to help the gal doing my daughters hair.at some point by 7pm two of the employees came and started doing each other's hair right next to us and even after being asked to help they declined and continued chatting and laughing away.i had to go to the managers and complain,this was 8pm!!Tuesday morning the curls had come out of my daughters hair!
I will never go back to this salon and I would not recommend it at all.no efficiency at all and the work is substandard.

As always the customer care here is impeccable. The ladies and gentlemen are usually friendly and down to earth. I like their products although sometimes I get allergy from some of them... Never known which one exactly... So I just use the moisturizer for my hair.

Great ave for Natural Hair.

Livara  service was great especially for a person like me transitioning to natural hair. Only challenge  was I had to wait for quite sometime maybe that can be attributed to high demand. That aside I purchased their hair products and they lived up to their expectations

I went here for a hair, beard and nails cut. Service was great and the work done was great. I cannot state how much I felt looked after. But..... The value was well over priced. I paid 140,000 shillings when in other places I had the same work done for only 50,000 shillings. Knowing how Kampala works, I can only assume I paid a 'whites' price as we are always over charged.

Always professional good quality haircuts. I'm a male with long straight black hair with an undercut for 50k and they have always done a good job. The hair washing was also very relaxing

Service was okay. But how I wanted my eyebrows isn't how I left. I have two very different looking eyebrows and neither is how I wanted. I showed several pictures of what I wanted and didn't want. Now I wait about 2 months for them to grow out s d try elsewhere. They open promptly at 9am

Ravi cut my eye brow when doing my hair. When confronted, I was blamed for moving away. Literally was moving away because he was cutting my eye brow.

Great customer care and excellent customer service. I was here for a hair cut and Men's Hair goes for Ugx 10,000/= for an ordinary hair cut. Barbers are neat and well dressed. They also got a section for styling women . Its a good place to have a hair cut or your hair done. However the place seems rather congested and small to accommodate all customers.

The most underrated service in Uganda is by the Salons. Great customer care here. Had a hair cut, head wash, head massage and manicure done at a very affordable price. Highly recommend Mystique

You guys have very bad customer care services.. You walk in and every one is looking at you like a lost sheep plus I came for a hair cut with curls all I got was a regular hair burnt hair skin and the worker didn't bother explaining why the style they showed me in the picture doesn't match with mine.. He walked away and left me seated and went off have his lunch.  Am really disappointed in your services

Sorry for a very late review post. Had a phone contacts disruption for a while. Najji did a fantastic job braiding my hair. I had no pain and she was did everything swiftly. My sister took me there for the first time since I hadn't been braiding my hair for several years. Really great for a bridal entourage. They provide accommodation and breakfast. The hair is 100% good but the makeup wasn’t really that good for bridesmaids . I would give it like 65% on that because the maids I was with complained about how their faces were itchy. The foundation used on me was too light for my natural skin. But overall, it is a very convenient place for a bridal entourage

Professional personal, time punctual, very good equipment, talented staff with a keen eye to detail.nnSpace is an issue for the business as i experienced it while i was there as they serviced 2 weddings at a go.nAll said i can confidently recommend this business.

Went in to do a massage package that included a Turkish bath, with a wrap and hot stone massage.  Had to wait a whole hour between the bath and massage as they only have 9 rooms available, yet continue to take in customers, thus if you are already in one treatment that includes another, you are going to have to wait as if you just got to the place. Needless to say what should have been a relaxed afternoon ended up being tainted due to having to sit out in my robe for an entire hour while they freed up rooms. This on top of being burnt while undergoing the massage. No…I wasn’t happy.

Amazing spa wow…so many options here. I love that this place has a lounge with WIFI so it’s good for relaxing for long periods of time. Staff is super kind. Sophie did a great job on my massages/facial. Highly recommend the body scrub to pair with a massage.nnGreat spot for tourists or business travelers who need a place to spend the afternoon/free time in the city
