Very nice gym located on the roof of a mall. I travel frequently and I don't like to miss the gym, so I get day passes often. Day pass is about $10, which includes steam and sauna.nnPros: decent equipment, clean locker rooms, free towels, amazing clean and nice steam room and sauna!nnCons: very small facility (you have to squeeze to get through some machines), after 5:30pm it is crowded, very loud music.

You deserve more for 35,000 ush. Equipment is old, needs maintenance, or inadequate quantity. Of the few treadmills that are working, the belts are slipping. dumbbells should be replaced. Kettlebells up to only 12 kg.nnSome machines don't work: leg extension etc.nnThe steam room and sauna are nice features. But turn on the sauna while working out bc it takes a long time to heat up. Place is clean and staff are nice.

Great, and lots of good equipment. Nice facilities with good showers, steam bath, nice changing rooms with lockers.nYou get a big towel for the shower and a small for the Workout, and there's a free water dispenser.nOnly things are it's very hot, no air circulation, a few soap dispensers are broken in the showers.nAs of November 2023 day pass was 30.000 Ugandan shillings off peak and 35.000 at peak hours.

Good gym but music so loud you can't even listen to your own. It's literally louder than your headphones. Totally unnecessary. People need to be able to work out the way they want to. Not an option here. Crazy loud 120 beats per minute music only... Would definitely come more often if it were different.

In order to train comfortably, you can spend a comfortable time surrounded by sufficient equipment and kind staff and instructors.

The gym is a great place to work at, but your entrance to the reception is a hazard please extend your slope to cover the small step.nnI found myself falling off today while talking to your receptionist who was kind enough to show me around and I ended up breaking a tooth (unnecessary expense). That small side step makes absolutely no sense and if anything it is a hazard, add a bar or something to prevent people from falling.

I'm constantly travelling between Nairobi and Arua with frequent layovers in Kampala and needed a place to work out so decided to check Fitness Junction out. great place...for a one time fee of UGX 30,000 after 4pm and UGX 25,000 before 4 pm i believe it is a steal. Great service, juice bar, and assistance from the trainers on hand in the gym. I work out quite a bit, but since this was a new spot for me i needed assistance and Chris and Simon were of tremendous help. I will definitely be back. Oh yeah i brought head phones, but didn't need to use them because the music kep me going...awesome work out selection!

Been going here for over a year. Definitely one of the best gyms in town. There is a decent gym culture with most people going there to actually work out and very few taking photos and videos on their phones, so there aren't undue delays on machines or privacy violatons caused by this.nnGood number of decent gym equipment  and  are kept in good working condition. So even at peak hours you don't have to wait too long to use machines.nnfor me the clincher is the hygiene. Gym attendants will clean machines immediately after they are used (for those from out of town it might be strange and it took me getting used to not cleaning after myself but I guess it's done differently in this country or gym)nThe bathrooms are spacious and kept very clean so you feel comfortable. Also a bonus of working steams & sauna.nThere is a decent number of classes to attend and what would appear to be a real comraderie amongst regular attendants. So if classes are your thing, this might be a good place for you to do it.nThe instructors are really helpful with form or any inquiries even if they aren't training you. So that's a plus.nDecent parking space.nnOnly con? Price. This gym costs a lot more than most gyms in town and definitely more than those in Europe, SA or America, but if you can get past that, then it really is worth it.

EXPENSIVE AND OVERATED FOR NOTHING.nBooked for a scrub and massage, the scrub was okay, but that's something I can easily do at home.nThe Massage was AWFUL. The lady asked me which parts to concentrate on during the session & I said my calfs, lower back mainly. She rather concentrated on my neck area repeatedly going over my ACJoint/back neck bone, I was confused as to why. As far As I know massage is focused on muscle relaxation not bone gliding, I was twitching and wincing in pain but she didn't seem to take that on board, I didn't want to complain or come off as a know it all. We she finally did my legs she only went over the area for about 5 mins from toe to thigh. And mind you, she never started with soft pressure to warm up the area, always just going in. OVERALL THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THE PRINCIPLES OF MASSAGE AND SIMPLE ANATOMY.nNO PRE SAFETY QUNS, JUST DIVE IN AND NO CONCIDERATION ON CUSTOMER PREFERENCES OR COMFORT DURING SESSION.

Customer service is amazing. The massages are so amazing and the rooms have a shower if you need to shower before or after your session.

Amazing!!!  Monica was attentive to all my needs. The place is beautiful and creates a pleasant atmosphere to relax very quickly.  The only thing I have to say is that occasionally, during the massage, the voices of the employees were heard from the reception.

Y'alll! Get yourself down to the Bugolobi branch. Personay prefer it to the one at le petite, all the ladies are so lovey😭😭. Never have I felt so comfortable addressing my concerns with a stylist before and during the process! Trust me, those ladies strive to PLEASE, your every concern will be met as your stylist is able. The prices may be a bit steep, but unlike the other expensive salons in town the services they provide actively try to match up. Luthuli Rd.  also hosts a number of eateries that deliver on sight with little complication (a relief if you've ever had to sit for six hour braids),  however, complimentary tea and a snack is also available. The place is quiet, clean, peaceful and gorgeous. Beware of their molding gel (the stuff they use when parting and braiding) it starts flake and look like dandruff THE NEXT DAY, but a warm/hot towel on your scalp should melt it right away. And make sure you have the specific contact for the branch, they can price higher than le petit.

Visited their salon recently after seeing their IG page and seemed really profession and high end, just to experience the slowest disaster my hair has ever experienced. I should have known it was too good to be true. I would never usually go out of my way to write a bad review but I am still suffering over the mockery Wisteria made of my hair.  Hair stylists need to be open and honest with their clients, if they don’t believe they can achieve something, YOU DO NOT EXPERIMENT ON YOUR CLIENTS LIKE THEY ARE LAB RATS. ESPECIALLY WITH BLEACH AND HAIR DYE.

Total total waste of my money! This saloon should concentrate on braids. I visited wisteria on 27.01.24 for a weave installation. The lady clearly didn't know what she was doing. She suggested she removes part of it and re installs it,to which I gladly accepted but what she did was even worse!!!! It was about 10pm and I just told her to stop and I walked out of the saloon.

But with the two visits I did, there's always something off 🙄nnFirst time I was in the stall next to the ramp where the supermarket deliveries pass. It was very noisy which I asked them to move me because I was not feeling relaxed, they didn't.nnThe second time, I am in a different stall but we were interrupted more times than I can count. No respect for the client's privacy - opening the door without permission.nWe're interrupted by one staff asking my attendant for wax or cotton which is not a good sign of preparedness for that attendant and or of the spa.nnI'm not sure I want to go back, but ill let you know.

This spa is one of the best in Uganda coz  it's services are far better than the normal spas we have in Uganda, the services are good, quick and actually I would advise people to visit this spa located in munyonyo u will never regret.

Great place and service for skin care and body treatment.nI like how clean, calm and organized it is.nI highly recommend doing the red light, the positive effects on the skin are visible.nOnly thing to improve, please keep time. If a client books at 10am, may everything be ready by that time.

Went in to do a massage package that included a Turkish bath, with a wrap and hot stone massage.  Had to wait a whole hour between the bath and massage as they only have 9 rooms available, yet continue to take in customers, thus if you are already in one treatment that includes another, you are going to have to wait as if you just got to the place. Needless to say what should have been a relaxed afternoon ended up being tainted due to having to sit out in my robe for an entire hour while they freed up rooms. This on top of being burnt while undergoing the massage. No…I wasn’t happy.

Amazing spa wow…so many options here. I love that this place has a lounge with WIFI so it’s good for relaxing for long periods of time. Staff is super kind. Sophie did a great job on my massages/facial. Highly recommend the body scrub to pair with a massage.nnGreat spot for tourists or business travelers who need a place to spend the afternoon/free time in the city

I really enjoyed my hot stone massage and scrub, the therapist was attentive to my pain points and made sure I felt comfortable at every point. Overall, left feeling very relaxed and like I was ready to tackle the new week!

Went for the 90 mins deep tissue massage which was reasonably priced and Winny was my masseuse. She was very professional and thorough. Her magical hands soothed out the nuts in my legs, back and arms without causing me any further discomfort. I highly recommend this spot if you are after a relaxing professional massage.

I really enjoyed my massage at the spa. It's the kind of therapy I needed. It was very relaxing and refreshing and am looking forward to going for another appointment soon.

60 minute Deep Tissue massage was absolutely great, I really enjoyed it! The employees are very lovely, I can only recommend this place.

I came really stressed. But I feel relaxed, she was professional, I fell asleep. The scrub was amazing. My skin feels amazing. Will definitely come back

As a local guide once in a while you find an awesome place. Bravado Spa is that kind of place. It is a great place to have a spa experience. So I noted some things to share in my review.nnEven though I did not have an appointment on my first visit, I was welcomed by a friendly staff member (whom I learned was Laika) who quickly accommodated my request for a massage by an in-house massage therapist.nnWhile I waited for my massage, I was given a delicious cup of coffee with a snack (but they also had tea, water and soft drinks). She offered a quiet place to sit & relax opposite a multi-channeled raised giant TV screen. I noticed other clients having pedicures, manicures and even hair cuts.nnSoon I was ushered into the washrooms and the awesomeness continued. The white crispy clean towels, the ambient music, the lighting, earth colors, uniform, and smiles. The list goes on and on.nnThey have now introduced the option of booking online. This allows me to make an appointment then walk straight into the spa, at my reserved time slot, no more waiting.nnThe location of the spa on the Kampala Entebbe highway allows you to just turn into the free parking of the spa. So the next time that you are traveling to or from, upcountry or international travel, when you get here it will be worth it. I recently recommended Bravado Spa to a pastor friend of mine and he got glued - to date.nnI could go on and on about Bravado Spa, how relaxed I consistently feel upon my departure, the fact that this is out of the city center blah blah blah, but it comes to one thing the proof is in the pudding at the Bravado Spa.

Excellent service scrub and waxing by Abdul what a professional.nIt's the best spa I have ever visited.

Not bad. Easily accessible. I only had a massage so not sure about other treatments. The massage was okay for me though I know others love the massages there. The place is small and atmosphere not the best - a bit hot, no music, etc.
