Very nice gym located on the roof of a mall. I travel frequently and I don't like to miss the gym, so I get day passes often. Day pass is about $10, which includes steam and sauna.nnPros: decent equipment, clean locker rooms, free towels, amazing clean and nice steam room and sauna!nnCons: very small facility (you have to squeeze to get through some machines), after 5:30pm it is crowded, very loud music.

You deserve more for 35,000 ush. Equipment is old, needs maintenance, or inadequate quantity. Of the few treadmills that are working, the belts are slipping. dumbbells should be replaced. Kettlebells up to only 12 kg.nnSome machines don't work: leg extension etc.nnThe steam room and sauna are nice features. But turn on the sauna while working out bc it takes a long time to heat up. Place is clean and staff are nice.

Great, and lots of good equipment. Nice facilities with good showers, steam bath, nice changing rooms with lockers.nYou get a big towel for the shower and a small for the Workout, and there's a free water dispenser.nOnly things are it's very hot, no air circulation, a few soap dispensers are broken in the showers.nAs of November 2023 day pass was 30.000 Ugandan shillings off peak and 35.000 at peak hours.

Good gym but music so loud you can't even listen to your own. It's literally louder than your headphones. Totally unnecessary. People need to be able to work out the way they want to. Not an option here. Crazy loud 120 beats per minute music only... Would definitely come more often if it were different.
