@hotloaf_bakery, a #LocallyOwned store on Jinja Road, Kampala, Uganda, offering a variety of bakery products.

I ordered a cake from HotLoaf Bakery and provided clear specifications, expecting a well-made product for my special occasion. To my disappointment, what I received was completely different from what I requested—far below expectations in both design and quality. It’s frustrating to trust a bakery with something important, only to be let down. If you’re looking for a reliable place to get a cake for your special event, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. These guys will disappoint you if given the chance! So disappointed!

Went for a business visit but security did not let me in even to reception. Very rude and I wonder how you do business if you are unaccessible

In some of the outlets products stay for too long and therefore get stale on the shelves, this has happened not once not twice . And staff don't seem concerned about feedback,  they protect even the bad in your face as long as it's already paid for. E.G frequently check the shelf life of bans and meat sumbusas , pleaseè

You need to work on your customer service.. very rude girl today.. i know understand why ugandan businesses fail.. i pray you dont fail but please address the attitude of your girls.. your business is to sale.. not to send away customers.. been supporting you since inception but wowwww.. lets go back to quality.. no wonder even the bread quality has gone down

Best bread I really enjoy the banana  cake 🎂 it's the best. The girls there a well trained to handle customer needs really service ladies

Everything here is superb, their juice 🥤 is natural without artificial flavorsnnYou guys are wonderful 👍

The current setup inside the store makes it a bit disorganised. There is no order. Clients walking in like it is a local market!
