I like the safe and ample parking space. You're never worried and besides it's just off the main Kisaasi road. The trainers are always there to guide and help.

BashM is the finest gym around town. I highly recommend it to anyone out there that's looking for a gym. Parking is also really safe.

I failed to lose weight for awhile and I didn't like the gym, till I joined bashm and I have to say best gym in kampala! The friendly environment, the trainers 100/100. And it is CLEAN.

All I can say is fire. Coach lumu, coach isma are amazing people. The support staff are very kind and friendly as well

In order to train comfortably, you can spend a comfortable time surrounded by sufficient equipment and kind staff and instructors.

The gym is a great place to work at, but your entrance to the reception is a hazard please extend your slope to cover the small step.nnI found myself falling off today while talking to your receptionist who was kind enough to show me around and I ended up breaking a tooth (unnecessary expense). That small side step makes absolutely no sense and if anything it is a hazard, add a bar or something to prevent people from falling.

I'm constantly travelling between Nairobi and Arua with frequent layovers in Kampala and needed a place to work out so decided to check Fitness Junction out. great place...for a one time fee of UGX 30,000 after 4pm and UGX 25,000 before 4 pm i believe it is a steal. Great service, juice bar, and assistance from the trainers on hand in the gym. I work out quite a bit, but since this was a new spot for me i needed assistance and Chris and Simon were of tremendous help. I will definitely be back. Oh yeah i brought head phones, but didn't need to use them because the music kep me going...awesome work out selection!

I love this gym, very classy , fully equipped, changing rooms are so spacious with top notch hygiene touch , great people , the support staff are amazing and very helpful. Been going here for over a year. Definitely one of the best gyms in town. There is a decent gym culture with most people going there to actually work out and very few taking photos and videos on their phones, so there aren't undue delays on machines or privacy violatons caused by this.nnGood number of decent gym equipment  and  are kept in good working condition. So even at peak hours you don't have to wait too long to use machines.nnfor me the clincher is the hygiene. Gym attendants will clean machines immediately after they are used (for those from out of town it might be strange and it took me getting used to not cleaning after myself but I guess it's done differently in this country or gym)nThe bathrooms are spacious and kept very clean so you feel comfortable. Also a bonus of working steams & sauna.nThere is a decent number of classes to attend and what would appear to be a real comraderie amongst regular attendants. So if classes are your thing, this might be a good place for you to do it.nThe instructors are really helpful with form or any inquiries even if they aren't training you. So that's a plus.nDecent parking space.nnOnly con? Price. This gym costs a lot more than most gyms in town and definitely more than those in Europe, SA or America, but if you can get past that, then it really is worth it.

wonderful environment with a wide variety of equipment available for use. They also have amazing trainers that are very friendly. This place is one of a kind and one of the best gyms i have ever been to, the water even tastes fresh. Really do recommend you visit(affordable prices also)

Excellent clean Gym with all Equipments you would need for a good exercise. Also has steam room. Open 7 Days a week. One of the reasons I decided to rent a Guest House at this place was the Gym.

Best Gym in Kampala in my opinion, I have been to gyms all around Asia and Europe. Kash gym has all kinds of machines, dumbells up to 60 kg and also plyometrics equipment as well as a steam room. But wow Gyms are expensive in Kampala compared to Asia or Europe. I would recommend this one and the owner looks experienced and is friendly.

Small but good. Also has a nice fitness area for training.

It is a nice gym place. They have a good trainer, they have dance class, Aerobics class, steam and so on
