Meza and Salt

I've always loved Meza food. Good food and fairly priced. The service is usually slow during lunch hours but it's okay because customers are quite many then.nAnd I hope they introduce momo pay options.

I appreciate the service, but the food wasn’t good, my steak was cold and had no salt, the pepper sauce was blunt, our chips had no salt and the wings weren’t tasty at all, all we could taste was tomatoes, my plate had a lot of salads which were too big, the burger and the drinks and the chicken were okay

Meza and salt I always hangout there with friends or family it’s a nice place to go for lunch and dinner, the food is just amazing and again the price is fair not too cheap not too expensive so you can get yourself there ☺️ I’ve met the manager there he’s very friendly and caring, the waiters are polite and friendly. So the thing that I don’t like there is the toilet (yes it’s very clean) there’s only two toilets, one for women another one for men meaning if someone is inside you need to wait till the person is done then you enter right away, that is so disgusting 🤢 please look for a way to fix it.

“WORST EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME”nnI got a long hair from the shawarma that I have ordered today.I feel so bad to review like this but these things has to be taken care from now onwards.nnAlso the customer service, When I complained the same to the store I have ordered ,they ignored as these things are not a big issue.nnI hope this will finds them very well and to take actions to do not repeat the same.

Best chicken shawarma I ever had in Africa and North America. Very affordable (UGX 20k - USD $6) for a wrap with fries. Highly recommended. Facing Acacia mall main entrance, you can’t miss it.

The Lawns Restaurant

@the_lawns_restaurant is a charming eatery in Kampala with lush gardens, diverse cuisine, and serene vibes.

The ambience was great, it would make a great place to host functions. The service was great, the waiter Ernest took his time to politely explain to us what was on the menu and his recommendations. The game meat was good, of all I would recommend Sitatunga (it was tasty, familiar taste to me), the vegetables and wedges were done well. The spices were on point. Just add some light music to make the place a bit lively

I Love places that keep changing and evolving for the better. I like that everytime I visit the Lawns they have some new architectural finishings or changes in setup ☺️☺️ Maybe it's because I take a while without visiting.nnAnyway Lawns remains consistent on its flavourful meals, we were there for a birthday dinner and no one complained about their food taste, even if the food coming to the table took a bit of sometime. Amazing ambience, great fine dinning experience,  great location. I definetly recommend for any group dinners.

We went for a family lunch. The restaurant is very well decorated. The setting is lovely with great view of the golf course. The quality of the food, and service, are consistently very good. Highly recommended.

Food and atmosphere is very good. However, I was disappointed with the service as our waitress lacked some customer service. Maybe I’ll come back and give this place another chance.

Overall 4.5/5 but can’t give half starsn-went there for dinner with a groups of 5, service was great,nI tried the Serengeti mix (various gamenMeats) and also the ribsnRibs flavour was 4/5 and was told that the ribs were cooked several hours but they were not tender so 3/5 overall would saynThe Serengeti mix was surprisingly all very tender and tasty, though portion size was on the small size (thin medallions about 2-3in in diameter ) 4/5nnService was excellent - very attentive, and it was nice to have towelettes
