I contacted the agency from Europe a week before my travel. I knew of them (Kevin) through a colleague that leaves in Kampala. Kevin was very responsive and flexible to adapt to me needs both in itinerary and budget. When the trip started Faisal (working for Kevin) pick me (also very punctual) up and for two days we visited different places of Uganda. Faisal was also a very good driver (important in Uganda) and very flexible to adapt to my needs throughout the whole trip. If what you are looking for is a personalised trip able to move at your paste and see what you want, with nice company and services, and ata good price, this is your agency. They also offer all type of options and trips. Strongly recommend it.

I recently went on a wonderful trip to Dubai organised by Havy Tours. They planned many activities for us, but also gave us time to relax, so it didn’t feel like a work trip. We stayed in a beautiful hotel with nice food and friendly staff. Havy Tours arranged cars which picked us up on time for various activities and brought us back.nnWe had a lot of fun and time to bond as a team. One highlight was sand dune bashing in the desert—what an adventure!nnHavy Tours was very accommodating as well; for example, when one of our friends wondered off and missed the pick up car, they arranged to pick him up so he wouldn’t miss out.nnHavy Tours always goes above and beyond on every trip we’ve taken with them. A fantastic place for travelers and adventure seekers. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with friendly staff who go out of their way to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It’s located in a great spot, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Whether you're here for a short stay or a long adventure, Explorers Hub is the perfect place to relax and plan your next journey.

Nice hotel. Booked my stay through the Booking.com platform. I was overall well received & felt safe throughout my stay. The breakfast: top notch, with a lot of choices. The hotel is not really for the budget travellers as the prices at the restaurant and the attached convenience store are more on the expensive side. It is well located, on the tarmac road.

We enjoyed our stay at the Explorers Hub Hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and airconditioning is provided.
Early check-in and late checkout where not an issue when we visited. The area is very safe and quiet. There is nice greenery in the garden. We can definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a high-quality, budget hotel with clean private rooms, a central/good location, and good nutritious food. It’s a little more expensive than a hostel private room, but the attached restaurant REVIVE is such a good selling point.

All staff were super friendly and chill for my stay. No drama - Frank was especially super nice and was very flexible with my booking!

Highly recommend if you are not wanting to splurge too much, but still want comfort and privacy.

MY SECOND TIME RIGHT HERE BUT EVERY ONE IS WILLING TO HELP FROM THE RECEPTION, HOUSE Keeping........... YOU ARE DOING GREAT, FROM PUBLIC AREAS TO ROOMS.......CHEFS  EVER DOING THEIR BEST TO MAKE THEIR GUESTS HAPPY AND THEY GO EXTRA MILES AND SERVE THE EGGS TOO DIRECT TO OUR TABLES

LASTLY SERVICE(WAITERS AND WAITRESSES)
This time around you are not focusing on some important issues though you take them as simple ones e. g the customer has to look for tissues from other tables around the restaurant, some times the tables were not wiped, the buffet serving spoons were not changed, some times the cutleries are not on buffet station  You have to first call them though it's not busy, Lastly it's like waiters and waitresses don't love what they are doing  expecially the morning supervisor (Lady) she was ever  Un welcoming from day 1 since I saw her until I left (kindly work on that)

All in all Thanks to the the Team at large and keep on going and you  can do it better 💪💪💪
