Dr. Flavia is a hands on paediatrician, who goes over and beyond.

She'll do follow even on phone to ensure that her patients are getting better and responding to the medications well.

She is a Doctor you can comfortably call, and won't be displeased.. Check the hospital out. Take your kids , and you won't be disappointed.

I had to wait for a doctor when I came in at 8am. Doctor finally came in after a whole hour. He was friendly and that would have been okay but the nurse given to administer IV treatment pricked my daughter already sick multiple times. The following day when we came for more treatment the vein was blocked or not properly put in and the pain was too much for my girl. We have to be pricked again the following day. Please figure out how to ensure you have people that know what they are doing especially for children.  I can take the pain as an adult but not my child

They claim to work 24 hours but won’t pick calls when we try to seek a second opinion after pharmacists elsewhere notice that e.g. the meds prescribed for a 2 year old are meant for 12 year olds plus. Sad all they need from us is the money.

Hospitals should understand that if someone comes in the night, its an emergency. Last nights response ( 2/2.2022)was horrible from receptionist, nurses to doctors...they were lousy and cared more about their sleep.  Please watch out for the people u put on duty at night.

It is a very good hospital for treating kids.Their services re excellent

It's generally good hospital for children, it has small area where they can play as well

The Children's Clinic, Naalya is a member of the International Paediatric Group. It is well know as " The place of Little Miracles" because of their special touch with children. It is a specialist clinic offering immunization for children of all ages. It accepts insurance from UAP, AAR, ICEA, CIC Group, Prudential, and Liberty Health.

Clearly the hospital needs to hire more doctors and nurses, earlier today we got to the hospital at 8:40, my child had very high fevers and we told there’s only one doctor cutting long story short we left at 11 without seeing a doctor. No one even cared to ask why we were living. This clinic should do better

Great turn around time with excellent pediatricians. Great work, children's clinic Naalya, we are blessed we have you handling our childrens

Awesome reception and care. The doctors are so nice and friendly to children, a variety of cashless payment options available, very well situated and above all pocket friendly despite the best quality pediatricians available.  Just that the process of giving new patients a form to fill despite they may be badly off therefore they ought to be worked upon first and then the forms filled abit later.  Quit good playing toys and the relaxing waiting environment for the children inside and children movies for their attention.
A nice Children's clinic around town indeed.

At some point I felt like giving up before coming to the clinic but when I came around,  I liked the response.  Thank you so so much 🙏🙏. The root canal was a success with completely no pain during and after the procedure.

It was such a great experience,  good customer care, highly professional dental services, yeah.  I highly recommend.
