Very good and neat place for office setup...good security ... maintenance of the building is very good..clean washrooms...though parking is an issue...

Well! Good arrangements of security,  parking, temperature check, sanitisation lift etc... what else do you need!

They have little tolerance and flexibility when dealing with customers.

Convenient place for business and its where   Hima offices relocated.

Such a lovely place honestly, I attended a function there last Saturday and wow the service was superb, the food was amazing. Truly a beautiful place 😊100% would recommend.

The parking is big, plus the kids fun day is really amazing

Have nice greenery if you do appreciate green.nGot spacious parking and good hide out and drinks available . Nothing much to say.

Very cool ambiance to relax and have healthy delicious meals

The ambiance isn't so bad though it is a little hard to find. Attended a function with in-house caterers that started to finish the food before all the guests had served.

Alot of jam even the road is very small,no parking near the CPS

What I liked were the clean washroom facilities on the 2nd floor where I went. The best thing is that the elevator is right on the ground where the parking lot is so that you can jump right in and head on to wherever. What this means for people in wheel chairs or those who would find it difficult to use the stairs such as people using crutches, is that they can get in as soon as they get out of the car. That is simply awesome

Parking is limited to tenants and office space users, elevator access, stair access (8-9 flights)
